Outbound / Export Customer Service & Document (2 positions)

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, age 25 – 40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics or any related field.
  • Experience at least 3 years in freight forwarding with understanding of all related process and documents including amendments, VGM & DG cargo will be an advantage.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills. The ability to react quickly, address problems and provide solutions and improve processes as well as develop team consensus and motivation through clearly defined goals and thoughtful planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics services, freight forwarding and shipping lines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • Team work oriented. Ability to handle multi task with good managerial skill and high tactic in monitoring of rapid information flow.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Service minded & ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:

  • Processing export shipments as per shipping instruction.
  • Ensure a smooth booking, documentation, shipping and invoicing process.
  • Preparing shipping documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, SI, P/L, Form DFT etc.).
  • Act as center point of contact with customers for booking process, document confirmation/correction and related clarifications (including amendments).
  • Verifying the job is priced correctly upon sending the booking confirmation.
  • Work closely with other departments to support the booking process and expand more business.
  • Building and retain customer relationship. And ensure all customers and clients’ inquiries have been appropriately handled and followed up in the timely manner.
  • upport sales as interface between internal and external departments.

Sales Executive (2 positions)

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, Age 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics Management or any related field.
  • Experience 3 years in the Freight Forwarding business will be an advantage.
  • Good Presentation and Communication skills, both Thai and English.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Have driving license & own vehicle.

Job Description:

  • Developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
  • Negotiate and manage business development.
  • Handle sales related activities and manage overall logistics for smoothly delivery & timely supply.
  • Target planning, sales forecasting and marketing analysis.
  • Achieve sales target and make the report.
  • Define and propose specific approaches to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relations to solve their problems.
